Choose your outfit ahead of time. You don’t need to plan your outfits out for the entire week, but having an idea of what to wear the next day can save you precious time in the morning.
Let some light in. Having your room light up gradually can help you wake up more easily and avoid wasting minutes hitting the snooze button. Leave the blinds partially open to let the natural light in; or if you need complete darkness to fall asleep, invest in a wake-up light alarm clock instead.
Set your alarm 15 minutes earlier. Getting out of bed just slightly earlier makes room for “you time” and helps avoid the morning rush. Morning stretches anyone?
Turn up the music. Playing some of your favourites hits is a great way to get moving and motivated first thing in the morning.
