White Garlic Dip
This delectable creamy garlic dip is served with Tostitos® Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips for a winning combination.
- 1 bag (240 g) Tostitos® Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup (250 mL) low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 cup (250 mL) low-fat sour cream
- Juice of 3 limes
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 ½ cups (375 mL) finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 ½ cups (375 mL) finely chopped shallots
- 5 tsp (25 mL) hot pepper sauce
- Salt and white pepper
How to make it
- In bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Stir in lime juice, garlic, cilantro, shallots, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve dip with tortilla chips.
Tip: For a sweet roasted flavour, roast the garlic cloves first.
