Spinach and Artichoke Guacamole
Kick up your guacamole game with the addition of creamy Tostitos® Spinach Dip and tangy artichokes.
- 1 bag (275 g) Tostitos® Hint of Spicy Queso flavour tortilla chips
- 1 jar (432 g) Tostitos® Spinach Dip
- 4 ripe avocados, pitted
- 1 cup chopped marinated artichokes, drained
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
How to make it
- Mash avocado until almost smooth.
- Combine with Tostitos® Spinach Dip, artichokes and lemon juice. Transfer to serving dish.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Serve with Tostitos® Hint of Spicy Queso flavour tortilla chips for dipping.
