No-Bake Oat Treats
Talk about fast, easy, flexible and totally snackable. The recipe is flexible enough to allow you to modify flavour combinations whenever you like and so fast to make these treats will already be plated when you need them quick.
- 2 cups Large Flake Quaker® Oats or Quick Quaker® Oats (uncooked)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups (any combination of) raisins, diced dried mixed fruit, miniature marshmallows, flaked coconut, chopped peanuts or semisweet chocolate pieces
How to make it:
- Mix together first four ingredients. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Store in tightly covered container.
