No-Bake Peanutty Oat Treats
Spend quality time with the kids and whip up this crunchy and peanutty snack together anytime during the week. The prep time is so quick you can almost make these during a commercial break. Which is good – considering you might need to make more before the show is over.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups Large Flake Quaker® Oats or Quick Quaker® Oats (uncooked)
- 2 cups (any combination of) raisins, diced dried mixed fruit, miniature marshmallows, shredded coconut, chopped peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini candy-coated chocolate pieces
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, milk and vanilla; mix well. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm. Store tightly covered.
