Mango Lassi Bircher Muesli
Quaker® Quick Oats add the perfect texture and hearty twist to this classic and refreshing Indian dish
- 2 cups Quaker® Quick Oats
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup mango pulp/puree
- 1 apple (peeled, cored, and grated)
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ½ tsp cardamom
- Sliced mango
How to make it
- In a bowl mix together Quick Oats, yogurt, milk, mango pulp, grated apple, coconut, almonds, and cardamom until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Scoop into a bowl and garnish with mango, pistachios, and sweeten with honey to taste. Enjoy!
