Butterscotch Apple Crisp
Is there anything better than hot apple crisp on a cold and rainy fall afternoon when the kids are cranky and the front hall is a mess? If your family loves butterscotch and whipped cream it’s even better. The best part is this can be made rain or shine to enjoy with those you love.

- 2-1/2 pounds tart apples (about 6 medium), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1-2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup Large Flake Quaker® Oats or Quick Quaker® Oats (uncooked)
- Ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
