Banana Nut Overnight Oats

The warm scent of cinnamon, nutmeg and banana will turn you into a morning person.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Large Flake Quaker® Oats
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
How to make it
- In a Mason jar or bowl, add Quaker® Oats, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
- Add a layer of Greek yogurt, bananas and top with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
