Ingredients

  • 2 Quaker® Caramel Corn Flavour Large Rice Cakes
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp low-fat caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup low-fat whipped topping
  • 4 dry roasted peanuts, chopped
  • Servings: 2

How to make it

  1. Spread whipped topping over rice cakes
  2. Place banana slices on top & drizzle with caramel sauce
  3. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts
