1 bag Tostitos^® SCOOPS!^® tortilla chips
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
3 tablespoons extra‑virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds

How to make it

In food processor, purée pumpkin, kidney beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper until smooth.
