1. What is a valid UPC? Where can I find it on the packaging?

You can find your 12-digit UPC located under the barcode of participating Frito-Lay^® products.

2. What are the participating products that are part of this contest?

Please see the Official Rules for a full list of participating Frito-Lay^® products.

3. How many entries can I get each day?

There is a maximum of three (3) entries per person per email per day as provided in the Official Rules.

4. When can I enter my UPC?

The contest starts on May 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm (noon) ET, and ends on June 27, 2025 at 11:59:59 pm ET. Entries must be received during the contest period to be considered as eligible for a chance to win.

5. Do I have to purchase a product in order to participate in the contest?

No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. Please see the Official Rules for details on how to enter without purchase.

6. How many times can I enter a UPC?

There is a maximum of three (3) entries per person per email per day.

7. My UPC wasn’t accepted. What do I do?

Please double check that you’ve entered each digit correctly. If you’re still having difficulties with your UPC, please contact us and describe the issue you are experiencing and provide the UPC that is not working. Please allow 2 business days to receive and respond to inquiries.

8. If I am declared a winner of a prize, how long will it take for me to receive it?

Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of your prize once our fulfillment team confirms you are an official winner of a prize.

9. I don’t have a computer and/or internet access. How can I participate?

Internet access is required to participate in this contest. You can access the contest website from any public computer with internet access, such as those available for use at the library or an internet café.
