OFFICIAL RULES

THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN CANADA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND RESIDE IN CANADA AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. WINNER'S GUEST MUST ALSO BE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of Canada only, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, contractors, directors and officers of PepsiCo Canada ULC ("Sponsor"), BAM (the "Administrator"), Formula One World Championship Limited ("F1"), Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. ("Event Organizer"), Bell Media Inc. ("TSN"), Treetop Promotion & Marketing Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, "Contest Parties"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or "step") of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence).
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins at 12:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on March 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on June 30, 2026 ("Contest Period"). The computer of the Sponsor's Administrator is the official time-keeping device of the Contest.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, purchase one (1) participating DORITOS® product (a "Participating Product"; provided in the table below). Visit the Contest website www.DoritosGetRaceReady.ca (the "Contest Website") during the Contest Period and follow the instructions to obtain access to the entry form. Complete the entry form to provide your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, province/territory and postal code. Follow the instructions to upload your receipt (must be JPG / JPEG/ PNG / GIF / BMP or PDF images only, maximum size 10 MB). Once your receipt has been uploaded, confirm that you are eligible and agree to participate in the Contest according to these Official Rules before clicking "submit". You will automatically receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

   NO PURCHASE ENTRY: Purchase is not required and does not enhance a person's chance of winning. To obtain a no purchase entry, send an email to contest@tastyrewards.ca with a subject line "Doritos Race To Win Contest", along with the following information: (i) an original submission of no more than 50 words describing why you are a Formula 1 fan; (ii) your full name; (iii) your email address; (iv) your province/territory and postal code; (v) your telephone number; and (vi) your age (collectively, the "No Purchase Entry"). Your No Purchase Entry must be received by June 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET. Limit one (1) No Purchase Entry per person per day. Your submission must include all of the information listed above to be a valid No Purchase Entry. Your submission must be original in concept and execution and created by entrant. No Purchase Entries that are mechanically reproduced or made in any fashion other than as specified herein are void.

   A "day" is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period between 12:00 am ET and 11:59:59 pm ET of the same day, with the exception of the first day of the Contest which shall begin at 12:00 pm ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET of the same day. All entries must be properly received and recorded by the Administrator's computer within the Contest Period in order to be eligible to win a prize.

   Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized mobile or email account holder of the mobile phone number or email address used to enter the Contest. "Authorized Account Holder" of a mobile phone is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a cellular telephone number by a wireless carrier that is responsible for assigning cellular telephone numbers or, in the case of email, the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. You may participate in the Contest ONLY using a mobile phone number or email address for which you are the Authorized Account Holder. An eligible Prize winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder associated with the selected mobile phone number or email address. By submitting a phone number or email address to enter the Contest, you represent and warrant that you are the Authorized Account Holder. You shall be responsible and liable to the Sponsor and otherwise for any damages and other losses incurred in connection by them as a result of your submission of any phone number or email address for which you are not the Authorized Account Holder. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the mobile phone number or email address provided at time of entry.

   Any attempt to earn extra Entries by using multiple/different phone numbers, email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that Participant's entries and that Participant may be disqualified from the Contest. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all Entries by that Participant. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

   If you participate via a mobile device, you may incur standard data charges from your wireless service provider. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such data charges.

4. PRIZES: The prizes available to be won in the Contest are as follows:

   (i) Grand Prizes: There are two (2) grand prize trips for two (2) people to the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2026 available to be won during the Contest Period. Each grand prize includes:

   • Round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) people from the major international airport closest to winner's place of residence in Canada to Las Vegas, Nevada (USA) (which may include non-direct flights; airport, carrier and airline ticket class selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor);
   • One (1) standard room (double occupancy), for three (3) nights (accommodation to be selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor);
   • Two (2) Grandstand tickets to the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2026 between November 19 and November 21, 2026;
   • Round-trip ground transportation between destination airport and hotel; and
   • CAD $1,000 in spending money (awarded to winner only)

   (each, a "Grand Prize")

   The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $8,300 CAD, based on a departure from Toronto, Ontario. Actual value may vary depending on winner's point of departure and airfare.

   Additional Prize Conditions: Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, which may award or substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The difference between the approximate retail value and actual retail value, if any, will not be awarded. Grand Prize winner and their guest are responsible for all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including without limitation, ground transportation to and from departure airport, meals, gratuities, taxes, travel documents, telephone calls, in-room movies, mini-bar expenses, room service, medical and travel insurance, excess baggage costs, optional tours, airport departure taxes, duties, all personal expenses and all other expenses not specified herein. Grand Prize winner's guest must be a legal resident of Canada, and must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card prior to check-in of accommodation and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Due to the nature of the Grand Prize, no alternate travel dates are available. Grand Prize winner and their guest must travel together. Transportation and accommodation are subject to availability, standard industry blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation restrictions and regulations. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Seating assignments on plane and at the match are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The Sponsor is not responsible for changes in the schedule of any element of the Grand Prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Other restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and their guest are responsible for obtaining all required medical and travel related necessities and documentation, including a valid passport, and the right to enter the United States of America. If a Grand Prize winner does not have proper travel documentation, or permission to enter the United States of America, or does not accept or participate in any portion of the Grand Prize for any reason whatsoever (including reasons beyond the control of the Grand Prize winner such as inclement weather delaying or cancelling a portion of the trip), then that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited, and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation or liability to Grand Prize winner with respect to the forfeited portion of the Grand Prize. It is recommended that the Grand Prize winner and their guest obtain sufficient personal travel insurance (including emergency medical) prior to departure. The Sponsor is not liable if travel is impeded or refused by reason of decisions of Canadian or U.S. government authorities, or other airline or airport authorities. The Grand Prize winner and their guest must sign and return the Sponsor's form of Release (as defined below) prior to Grand Prize being ticketed. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor or Formula 1 if the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2026 (or element(s) thereof) is cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled after ticketing of the Grand Prize for any reason whatsoever beyond its control. If, for any reason, any portion of the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2026 does not occur, that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited without additional compensation and remainder of the Grand Prize will be awarded in full satisfaction of the Grand Prize award.

   Winners and guests irrevocably waive all claims against the Contest Parties, and agree that they will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest, the prize awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of Grand Prize winner and their guest participating in the Contest and related activities (e.g., travel), wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Grand Prize Winner and their guest must abide by all applicable federal, state or provincial, local and venue COVID-19 guidelines while traveling and in attendance at the prize event. Grand Prize winner and their guest fully understands that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, "COVID-19") is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including any protocols that will be implemented from time to time by the Contest Parties (collectively, the "Protocols"), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. Grand Prize winner and their guest will accept the prize and travel at their own risk. The Grand Prize winner acknowledges that the Contest Parties have not made or are not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, condition, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

   Participants in the Contest agree to be bound by the Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. (the "Event Organizer") event terms and conditions for the FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX 2026, including any applicable age restrictions. The Event Organizer, event personnel and staff and its agents, each reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or revoke full or partial access to the event to any winner and/or guests who do not comply with the Event Organizer's terms and conditions.

   (ii) Secondary Prizes: There are a total of one hundred (100) secondary prizes available to be won during the Contest Period, each consisting of a six (6) month TSN subscription (each a "Secondary Prize"). The approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $149 CAD each. Each Secondary Prize will be awarded in the form of a digital subscription sign-up code and will be subject to its stated terms. The code must be redeemed at tsn.ca/redeem by no later than 11:59 pm ET on August 31, 2026. The code is valid toward six (6) consecutive months of no-charge access to TSN (excluding any add-ons) when you subscribe or re-subscribe to TSN (valid credit card required). After six (6) months, the TSN subscription will automatically renew at the then-applicable subscription fee. You may cancel or change your TSN subscription at any time at tsn.ca. The code is single use, non-refundable and not valid for resale and cannot be redeemed for a TSN subscription through a TV provider, in-app purchase or other third-party distributor. The code cannot be combined with any other TSN offer, promotion, discount, coupon, or package. The code and the use of the TSN service is subject to the TSN Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (available at tsn.ca) which may be amended from time to time. Please note the TSN subscription gives access to content available in English only.

   (iii) Additional Prize Conditions: Each Secondary Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, which may award or substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The difference between the approximate retail value and actual retail value, if any, will not be awarded.

5. DRAWS: The draws for the Prizes in the Contest will take place as follows:

   (i) Secondary Prizes: A random draw for the Secondary Prizes (the "Secondary Prize Draw") will be conducted on July 3, 2026 by the Administrator, who will select one hundred (100) entries from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period as potential Secondary Prize winners. Odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) Secondary Prize per person/household. Winning a Secondary Prize does not preclude you from winning a Grand Prize.

   (ii) Grand Prizes: Following the Secondary Prize Draw, a random draw for the Grand Prizes (the "Grand Prize Draw") will be conducted by the Administrator, who will select two (2) entries from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period as potential Grand Prize winners. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

   All Prize Draws will take place as provided above at 2:00 pm ET at the Administrator's offices located at 4810 Jean-Talon W, #203, Montréal, QC, with servers under supervision of the Administrator.

   No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any inability of a potential participant to successfully enter any draw for any reason or for Prizes that remain unclaimed or unawarded. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible or incomplete No Purchase Entries. Proof of transmission (e.g., screenshots) does not constitute proof of receipt.

6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Each potential prize winner selected will be notified as outlined below:

   (i) Secondary Prize: Each potential Secondary Prize winner will be notified by email at the email provided upon entry. This notification (the "Notification") will occur within three (3) business days after the Secondary Prize Draw is completed, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. It is the participant's responsibility to provide a valid email to ensure prompt receipt of any Notification. WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE THE SPONSOR FIRST NOTIFIES POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE EMAIL PROVIDED:

   • the potential winner must claim his/her Prize as instructed in the Notification; and
   • the potential winner will be required to correctly answer the required mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise; and
   • the potential winner's receipt (where applicable) will be verified by Sponsor or Administrator; and
   • the potential winner must accept the terms of a Declaration of Compliance and Release (the "Release"), which confirms compliance with these Rules and releases the Sponsor and the Contest Parties from all liability with respect to the participant's participation in this Contest and the awarding, use and misuse of the Prize, and return the completed release to the Sponsor's designated agent by fax or email within five (5) business days of receipt of the Release; and
   • otherwise comply with these Rules.

   (ii) Grand Prize: The potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email at the telephone number and email address provided upon entry. This notification (the "Notification") will occur within three (3) business days after the Grand Prize Draw is completed, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. It is the participant's responsibility to provide a valid telephone number and email address to ensure prompt receipt of any Notification. WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE SPONSOR FIRST NOTIFIES POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED:

   • the potential winner must respond to the Notification from the Sponsor's designated agent and provide the information requested; and
   • the potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, the required time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by the Sponsor's designated agent at a mutually agreeable time; and
   • the potential winner's receipt (where applicable) will be verified by Sponsor or Administrator; and
   • the potential winner must accept the terms of a Declaration of Compliance and Release (the "Release"), which confirms compliance with these Rules and releases the Sponsor and the Contest Parties from all liability with respect to the participant's participation in this Contest and the awarding, use and misuse of the Prize, and return the completed release to the Sponsor's designated agent by fax or email within five (5) business days of receipt of the Release; and
   • otherwise comply with these Rules.

   The potential winner of the Grand Prize will be required to furnish proof of identification that may include a driver's license or other form of government issued photo identification as part of the verification process.

   The Sponsor or their designated agent will make up to three (3) attempts to contact potential Prize winners. If a potential Prize winner: (i) cannot be contacted within three (3) attempts; or (ii) there is a return of any notification as undeliverable, then the selected Prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Prize winner will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible Entries received. If time permits, the process noted above will be repeated up to three (3) times, until a selected Prize winner has been contacted and the Prizes have been awarded or there are no eligible Entries remaining.

   If any potential Prize winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept any Prize, cannot be located or does not respond to the Notification within the time period specified, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize. The Sponsor may then, at its sole discretion, select an alternate entrant as eligible to win, in accordance with these Rules. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to notify any potential winner.

   Prizes will only be delivered to winners who have been verified and have complied with these Rules. In most cases, Prizes will be delivered to winners at the email address/address submitted within four (4) to six (6) weeks of receiving their correctly completed Release. Prizes will be delivered to the Winners' addresses as provided on their Release forms. Deliveries will not be made to PO Box addresses. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any postal mail or courier delivery returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for Prizes after they have been shipped. Winners bear all risk of loss or damages to Prize after delivery.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

7. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reschedule any prize draw. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible or incomplete No Purchase Requests or entries. Proof of transmission (e.g., screenshots) does not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Parties for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the Contest for any reason, or for prizes that remain unclaimed or unawarded.
8. By entering, entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, made in its sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, without right of appeal, including without limitation eligibility, validity, contents, and/or disqualification of an entry. Entrants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.
9. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their name, city/province of residence, voice, and statements relating to the Contest or the Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by the Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Participants engaging in any of these activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prize won.
11. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
12. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted any entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or phone number provided at time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or phone number by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address, or wireless carrier.
13. Entrants and/or winners assume liability for injuries caused, or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded, including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury, or property damage. Moreover, as a condition of entering, entrants agree: (a) to release the Contest Parties, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Contest or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, (b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim for all such damages; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding legal fees and court costs. This exclusion or limitation of liability will not apply to the extent that any applicable statue prohibits such exclusion or limitation of liability.
14. The Sponsor may, at its sole discretion and without liability, terminate the Contest in whole or in part, or modify or suspend the Contest at any time, if fraud, technical failures including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or communications or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, integrity or security of the Contest or if any other factor interferes with the conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. The Contest Sponsor may do so, without notice, except as required by law. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason more entrants receive notification of eligibility to win a prize than the number of prizes stated herein, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contest in whole or in part, or amend or suspend it and award only the number of prizes stated in these Rules via a random drawing for the prizes not yet distributed at the time the Contest is terminated, suspended or amended. In the event of early termination of the Contest, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing to award the prize(s) will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. In no event will the number of prizes awarded exceed the available number of prizes as specified in these Rules. In the event that any draws are stopped, interfered with or not conducted for any reason during the Contest Period, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to resume conducting draws as soon as reasonably possible after any interference or cessation of such draws, or at the end of the Contest Period.
15. The Contest Parties do not make any warranties or conditions that access to the Contest Website will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Contest Parties are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to; (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Contest; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in the offering or announcement of any prize or in any prize notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Contest, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Contest; or (f) damage to a user's system occasioned by participation in this Contest or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Contest.
16. GOVERNING LAW. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO RESIDENTS OF THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to Ontario conflicts of law principles. All participants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario.
17. CONFLICTS/DISCREPANCIES: In the event of any discrepancies between the English language Rules and the non-English language Rules, the English Rules shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between any Contest details contained in these Rules and any Contest details contained in Contest advertising materials (including, but not limited to, online, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Contest as set forth in these Rules shall prevail.
18. INVALIDITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
19. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal information may be collected, used or disclosed in jurisdictions other than Canada. Personal information that resides in jurisdictions other than Canada will be subject to the general laws of application in those jurisdictions. The personal information gathered about entrants in the course of this Contest will be used solely by the Sponsor for the administration of the Contest and in connection with any publicity relating to the Contest. For more information about how the Sponsor manages your personal information, see the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at: www.pepsico.ca. Entrants are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Formula 1.
20. TSN: Bell Media Inc. and its related companies ("TSN") are not responsible for or involved in the organization, development, execution or results of this Contest. This Contest is organized exclusively by Sponsor. Therefore, TSN assumes no responsibility for any aspect related to the dynamics of the promotion, including but not limited to, the selection of winners, the awarding of the prize, or any inconvenience that may arise during the Contest. Any queries, complaints or concerns regarding the Contest should be directed directly to Sponsor, and not TSN. TSN, including any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, each waive any liability arising from the Contest and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Contest. TSN is a trademark of The Sports Network Inc. and is used under license.
21. F1: Formula One World Championship Limited and its related companies ("F1") and the Event Organizer (as defined above) each are not responsible for or involved in the organization, development, execution or results of this Contest. This Contest is organized exclusively by Sponsor. Therefore, F1 and the Event Organizer each assume no responsibility for any aspect related to the dynamics of the promotion, including but not limited to, the selection of winners, the awarding of the prize, or any inconvenience that may arise during the Contest. Any queries, complaints or concerns regarding the Contest should be directed directly to Sponsor, and not F1 or the Event Organizer. F1 and the Event Organizer, including any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, each waive any liability arising from the Contest and shall not be liable for any damage, injury or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Contest. 22. No Association: F1 and TSN are independent entities. F1 is solely responsible for the provision of the Grand Prize, and TSN is solely responsible for the provision of the Secondary Prizes.
