Ruffles® 3-Ingredient Slam Dunk Chip Dip
8 oz spreadable plain cream cheese, softened
1 jar (15.5 oz) jarred salsa
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 scallion, thinly sliced (optional)
1 bag (7.75 ounces) Ruffles® Original Potato Chips
How to make it:
- To microwave-safe 4-cup dish or bowl, add cream cheese and spread in an even layer. Spoon salsa over top and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with green onions (if using) and serve with Ruffles® Original Potato Chips for dipping.
Add a layer of refried beans before your salsa, if desired. Substitute Cheddar cheese with shredded Mexican cheese blend or Monterey Jack cheese, if preferred.
