Veggie Delight Dip
This tasty feta cheese dip is a great way to eat your veggies!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag (215 g) Tostitos® Scoops!® Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz (125 g) fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp (5 mL) chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
HOW TO MAKE
- In bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.
- Add feta, spinach, onion, mushrooms, basil, cilantro, parsley, salt and pepper; stir gently until combined.
- Spoon veggie mixture into tortilla chips.
