Sausage in a Cheesy Blanket
This nacho-like dish is perfect for last minute entertaining. With minimal preparation, you will have more time to be the hostess with the most-est.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag (220 g) Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 jar (394 mL jar) Tostitos® Salsa Con Queso, warmed
- 2 mild or spicy Italian sausages, thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
HOW TO MAKE
- In large skillet set over medium heat, sauté sausages, onion, and red pepper for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are slightly softened. Add jalapeños; cook for 2 minutes.
- Arrange Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips on platter in single layer. Scatter sausage mixture over top.
- Drizzle Tostitos® Salsa Con Queso over top.
