Mini Grilled Cheese
Packed with cheesy goodness, these bite size sandwiches will be gone before you have time to say - CHEESE!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 jar (394 mL jar) Tostitos® Salsa
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 oz (150 g) Brie cheese, diced
HOW TO MAKE
- Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Lay Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds on foil– or parchment paper–lined baking sheets.
- Sprinkle half of the tortilla rounds with Cheddar cheese and the remaining ones with Brie; bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and sandwich Cheddar‑ and Brie‑topped rounds together. Serve with salsa for dipping.
