Mediterranean Chicken Nachos
Give your nachos a Mediterranean twist by adding roasted red peppers, olives and basil. So simple, yet so delicious.
- 1 bag Tostitos® Restaurant Style tortilla chips
- 2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup (250 mL) roasted red peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced black olives
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) thinly sliced fresh basil
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Arrange Tostitos® Restaurant Style tortilla chips on foil-lined baking sheet. Top with chicken, red peppers, and olives; sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over top.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with basil.
