Mediterranean Chicken Nachos
Give your nachos a Mediterranean twist by adding roasted red peppers, olives, and basil. So simple- yet so delicious!
- 1 bag (220 g) Tostitos Cantina® Extra Thick Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups (500 mL) shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup (250 mL) roasted red peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sliced black olives
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread tortilla chips on foil‑lined baking sheet.
- Top with chicken, red peppers and olives; sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with basil.
