Canadian Four Cheese Nachos

Supremely cheesy nachos are everyone’s favourite! These ones are made even tastier with Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips and Tostitos® Mild Salsa.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ bag (290 g bag) Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Tostitos® Mild Salsa
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded Provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) cold cream cheese, diced
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped cilantro

 

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Preheat broiler to high.
  2. On pizza pan, layer tortilla chips, mozzarella, provolone, Cheddar and cream cheese. Sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeños. 
  3. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with jalapeños, green onions and cilantro. Serve with salsa.

Tip: Add shredded chicken to your nachos for extra protein!
