Avocado Chipotle Bites
Grab a taste of chipotle, avocado and chicken in every bite!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag Tostitos® Hint of Spicy Queso flavour tortilla chips
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lime juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cubed grilled chicken
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) finely chopped red bell pepper
HOW TO MAKE
- Mash avocado until smooth. Stir in sour cream, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place piece of chicken on each Tostitos® Hint of Spicy Queso flavour tortilla chips; top with dollop of avocado cream. Sprinkle with red pepper.
