  • 3 Quaker® Crispy Minis® Caramel Chocolate Chip Flavour Large Brown Rice Cake 
  • OR 1 Quaker® Crispy Minis® Caramel Corn Large Brown Rice Cake
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 
  • 1 hazelnut chocolate spread 
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips 
  • 1 tsp caramel sauce

How to make it

  1. Spread the hazelnut chocolate spread evenly on the rice cake.
  2. Cover the rice cake with soft vanilla ice cream, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Top with mini chocolate chips and drizzle with caramel sauce.
