- 1 Quaker® Crispy Minis® White Cheddar Flavour Large Brown Rice Cakes
- 1 tbsp tzatziki
- ½ tbsp diced cherry tomatoes
- ½ tbsp diced cucumber
- 1 tsp diced red onion
- ½ tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 tsp olive oil
- I tsp alfalfa sprouts
- Cracked black pepper
How to make it
- Spread tzatziki on the rice cake.
- Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add crumbled feta and squeeze lemon wedge over everything.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Garnish with alfalfa sprouts and add cracked black pepper to taste.
