The Crunchy Crudité
A simple, colorful snack to satisfy kids and grownups alike!
- 1 Quaker® Crispy Minis® Original Large Brown Rice Cakes
- 1 tbsp hummus
- 3 black olives
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 1/2 small carrot, grated
How to make it
- Spread hummus evenly in a circle onto the rice cake.
- Layer cucumber and sliced black olives on top of the hummus.
- Get creative with your red pepper slices on top of the cucumber and olives for a nice contrast and crunch.
- Sprinkle carrot shavings around the top and sides of the rice cake for garnish.
