Crispy Minis ® Tostadas
A tasty twist on tostadas. Authentic toppings with a unique, crunchy base. Best served as a fun DIY station in the backyard.
- 2 Quaker® Crispy Minis® Everything Large Brown Rice Cakes
- 6 tbsp shredded beef
- 4 tbsp refried beans (premade or homemade)
- 4 tbsp guacamole (or sliced avocado)
- 2 tbsp pico de gallo
- 2 tbsp queso fresco
- 2 tbsp shredded lettuce
- Garnish with jalapeno, cilantro, pickled red onions, crema
How to make it
- Top each rice cake with 2 tbsp of refried beans, spread evenly.
- Add 2 tbsp of guacamole on each rice cake.
- Add 3 tbsp of shredded beef on each rice cake.
- Add 1 tbsp of pico de gallo on each rice cake.
- Crumble 1 tbsp of queso fresco on top of each rice cake.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of shredded lettuce on top of each rice cake.
- Add a few jalapenos, pickled red onions and cilantro as garnish.
- Drizzle on desired amount of crema.
