Canadian Four Cheese Nachos
Supremely cheesy nachos are everyone’s favourite! These ones are made even tastier with Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips and Tostitos® Mild Salsa.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ bag (290 g bag) Tostitos® Multigrain Rounds Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup (250 mL) Tostitos® Mild Salsa
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded Provolone cheese
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup (60 mL) cold cream cheese, diced
- ¼ cup (60 mL) chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped cilantro
HOW TO MAKE
- Preheat broiler to high.
- On pizza pan, layer tortilla chips, mozzarella, provolone, Cheddar and cream cheese. Sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes and jalapeños.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with jalapeños, green onions and cilantro. Serve with salsa.
Tip: Add shredded chicken to your nachos for extra protein!
